House prices are dropping. Encouraging news for people like me who are desperately trying to get onto the property ladder. While properties in around London are falling a road in East Finchley nicknamed Billionaires Road is oblivious to the volatile economic climate. A house on Bishops Avenue recently sold for 50 million pounds. It includes a 30 ft dining table and Turkish bath and amongst other things a swimming pool with a glass bridge going across it.
